North Central Subdivision

North Central is a neighborhood in downtown Bozeman that encompasses four city blocks and five acres. It is located six blocks north of Main Street between Grand and Tracy Avenue. The North Central neighborhood is currently under development by HomeBase Partners. When it is completed, it will include 10 buildings with residences that are for sale and for rent, office space, restaurants, retail, courtyards, and pedestrian streets. The different residences at North Central are below. 


One 11

The One 11 Lofts are 3 buildings that offer luxury apartments available to rent. The residences at One 11 include access to a private fitness studio, a resident courtyard, a coworking space, and climate-controlled parking. There are nearly 150 units in the One 11 buildings, with studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans available. 



The Henry

The Henry is the first building in the North Central neighborhood to offer residences available for sale. There will be a total of 44 units for sale at The Henry, including 5 penthouses and 7 ground-level townhomes. The luxury condos will have amenities like ski and bike storage as well as a workshop, private balconies, a fitness studio, and a co-working space. The Ives

The residences at The Ives will offer up to 99 units that will be available to rent. The Ives building is located at the corner of N. Willson Ave and W. Villard Street. 


Mountain View

The Mountain View building at North Central will be a mixed-use building at the corner of N. Tracy and W. Lamme Street. This building will include 100,000 sq. ft of office space and 15,000 sq. ft of commercial space on the ground floor. The building will also include approximately 40 residential units available for sale that will be a mix of studio, 1 and 2-bedroom floor plans. Block 3X

Block 3X will consist of 4 commercial buildings in the block between W. Beall and W. Villard Street. This will be a mixed-use development that will include pedestrian alleys, courtyards, and green spaces. The vision for this area of the North Central neighborhood is to be the hub for dining, shopping, art walks, festivals, and more.
