The Royal Vista Addition Subdivision is a pocket neighborhood located between North 7th Avenue and Oak Street. Despite it’s central and busy location, the neighborhood is quiet and feels like a world of its own. The homes in this neighborhood were built between the 1950s and 1960s. While the neighborhood is largely single family homes, there are a handful of duplexes and homes with apartments. Residents in this neighborhood enjoy being within walking distance to Midtown, as well as larger lots and mature trees. This neighborhood is small and homes rarely come on the market here.
