North Pass Ranches Subdivision

North Pass Ranch is a gated community located approximately 15 minutes east of downtown Bozeman. With more than 1,500 acres of meadows, forest, and alpine terrain, this community is designed for those seeking privacy, luxury,y and enjoyment of Montana’s beauty.

There are 12 exclusive parcels in Phase 1 of North Pass Ranch, which range from 72 to 160 acres. Each homesite is thoughtfully positioned to maximize panoramic views and seclusion, with paved roads, underground utilities, and wells already in place. There is the potential for a second phase of development, but that is not yet clear.
