North Central Development in Downtown Bozeman

On Feb 01, 2023

Encompassing four city blocks and five acres, North Central is the biggest development project to date in downtown Bozeman. The development is located just north of Main Street between Grand and Tracy Avenue. When it is completed, the North Central neighborhood will encompass 10 buildings, residences both for sale and for rent, office space, restaurants and retail, a number of courtyards, and pedestrian streets.

The North Central neighborhood is being developed by HomeBase Partners, a Bozeman-based developer that is known for many projects in Bozeman like the Block M townhomes, 5 West Condos, The Merin as well as Southbridge and The Crossing subdivisions.

Much of the information about the North Central development is still pending. We will update this page as we receive updates.
