Bozeman's growth is moving so fast, it's enough to keep your head spinning! Elk Run is a new subdivision on the south side of Bozeman. These one-of-a-kind homesites offer acreage and mountain views. The subdivision is located south of Painted Hills subdivision, near several trailheads. The covenants in Elk Run allow for a home, barn, and horses. This brand new subdivision offers peaceful country living with easy access to Bozeman and Belgrade. It is located off of Cameron Bridge Road and has a Bozeman address. The Bridger Vale subdivision features luxury townhomes in the northeast outskirts of Bozeman. The development is on the north end of Glen Lake Rotary Park off of Manley Road (near Map Brewing). There will be 20 townhomes on the 6-acre parcel. The location is ideal with Glen Lake recreation area nearby and several new businesses on the west side of Manley. Centrally located off of Durston Road, Valley Meadows subdivision features new construction townhomes on Meriwether Avenue. The townhomes feature 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1-car attached garage, carport, and a 2nd-floor deck. Park View Crossings is a new subdivision that was recently approved by the city located near the Gallatin Valley Regional Park. The 7-acre plot of land has preliminary plat approval for a townhome development. The plan is for a 44-lot subdivision with 24 three-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom townhomes. The location gives direct access to the Gallatin Regional Park and is central to several Bozeman schools including the new high school.
This new subdivision is not in Bozeman, but it is a big one so worth noting. Prescott Ranch is a large, new development in Belgrade. There are three home styles that make up the 600 unit development. There will be five separate parks and open spaces in the subdivision. The three floor plans vary from detached townhomes that sit on a 3,000 sq.ft lot to a single-family home on a 6,000-8,000 sq.ft lot. The Northwest Crossing Subdivision is coming in 2023 and will be Bozeman's newest master-planned community. Located kittycorner to Gallatin High School at Oak and Cottonwood. There will be over 150,000 square feet of commercial space and over 700 residences, including a 350-unit luxury apartment community. The commercial space will consist of dining, retail, office, entertainment, and more. Bridger View Redevelopment is another new subdivision that recently broke ground near the Story Mill Community Park. Half of the units will be part of the Community Land Trust where qualified buyers will own the unit and they will be kept permanently affordable. The full development will bring 62 homes to the 8-acre area. The first homes are expected to be ready by February 2020 and fully completed by spring 2023.
