The Northwest Crossing Subdivision is a new development just north of Gallatin High School on the corner of W. Oak and N. Cottonwood Road in Bozeman, MT. This neighborhood will span 160-acres, reaching Baxter Lane to the North and Laurel Parkway to the West.

The first residences to be built in Northwest Crossing will be the Icon Apartments at Northwest Crossing which will include 336 apartments with a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments available for rent.
Following the apartment buildings will be a mix of housing options including two-story single-family homes, alley-loaded single-family homes, auto-court cluster homes, and three-story townhomes. Some of these homes will be available to rent, others will be available for sale.
Residents at Northwest Crossing will enjoy more than 30 acres of park and open space, walking trails, and great access to the Northwest Crossing commercial district.
