An application for a 5-story mixed-use building at 703 W Mendenhall is in the public review stage with the City of Bozeman. The proposed building, referred to as “Missouri Heights” would include 13 residential units and 2 commercial units. It would also include a rooftop deck, courtyard, and 9 covered parking spaces.
Because this proposed development is located within the Midtown Urban Renewal District, there is no requirement for a minimum number of parking spaces.
Just a few blocks west of this project is the 811 W Mendenhall Apartments, which the city has approved. This is a mixed-use multi-family apartment building with 93 apartments, a co-working space, and a basement parking garage.
