Missouri Heights - New Development in Midtown

This proposed multi-family, mixed-use project is in the initial review stage with the city of Bozeman. It is located at the corner of Mendenhall and 7th Avenue. The proposed project is a five-story building with approximately 24,000 square feet. It will have 10 residential units and 2 commercial units. The application also states that there will be a courtyard, a rooftop deck, and 9 parking spots. We will update the information here as it moves through the approval process. 

Just a few blocks west of this project is the 811 W Mendenhall Apartments, which the city has approved. This is a mixed-use multi-family apartment building with 93 apartments, a co-working space, and a basement parking garage.
