An application was recently submitted to the city of Bozeman for a proposed multi-family, mixed-use project. It is located at the corner of Mendenhall and 7th Avenue, south of Dairy Queen. The proposed project, Missouri Heights, is a five-story building with approximately 24,000 square feet. It will have 10 residential units and 2 commercial units. The application also states that there will be a courtyard, a rooftop deck, and 9 parking spots. The project is currently in the initial review stage and we will update the information here as it moves through the approval process.
Just a few blocks west of this project is the 811 W Mendenhall Apartments, which the city has approved. This is a mixed-use multi-family apartment building with 93 apartments, a co-working space, and a basement parking garage.
