Currently under review by the city of Bozeman is a proposal for a 305-unit complex off of N. 19th, behind Bridger Peaks Town Center. The proposal is for a three-story building that will include 305 apartments, mostly studio and one-bedroom to keep the units more affordable per square foot. The plans show 2-acres of open space and over 500 parking spaces. The proposal also includes over 18,000 square feet of commercial space with the hopes of food or coffee-type shops and boutique-style stores. The central location of this project encourages walkability throughout town. If they remain on schedule the plan would be to have units up for rent in 2022.
