10 New Bozeman Restaurants to Try This Summer

10 New Bozeman Restaurants to Try This Summer

1.  Tanglewood

This new restaurant in west Bozeman is so beautiful! Located in The Market, Tanglewood features a simple but delicious menu, cozy yet hip atmosphere, and is a great new addition to the Bozeman restaurant scene.  They have a big bar, huge wine list, and great cocktails.  They have plenty of seating with two levels and a patio space outside for the summer months!

2.  Foxtrot

This fast-casual restaurant welcomes you as soon as you walk into The Market. They have coffee, pastries, breakfast, and lunch. Their burritos are no joke and the avocado toast is so good! They also have beer and wine, making it a great place for a drink while you wait for a table at Tanglewood! This summer when the big doors open up to the patio area, The Market will be THE place to be.

3.  Nordic Brew Works

We’ll stay in The Market for just one more since west Bozeman is the newest hotspot. Nordic Brew Works opened this past fall and has quickly become a Bozeman favorite. The wood-fired pizza is so good, as is the homemade pasta, and the burgers…basically, it’s all great!  They have a nice patio just waiting to be filled on those warm summer nights.

4. Nina's Tacos

This place is so cool and if you like tequila, it's not to miss (one whole side of the menu is dedicated to tequila!)  The vibe is funky and the tacos are fresh. Nina’s is right downtown in the Five West building, next to Urban Kitchen and Salted Caramel, two other Bozeman favorites.

5. The Farmer's Daughters

This place is just so pretty!  Located in the RSVP Motel, the food is right from the farms and fields of Montana. They feature breakfast, lunch, coffee, and of course rose and mimosas! Summer brunch is best spent at the Farmer’s Daughters.

6. Barley & Vine

Barley & Vine features delicious small plates and the most amazing charcuterie boards. The space is intimate, making it a perfect date night or girls-night-out spot. They also serve a fantastic brunch on the weekends. Mimosas anyone?

7. The Sashimi Bar

This place is not just food, it’s a whole experience. You won’t find fresher sushi in all of Bozeman, and the Omakase meal is the way to go. It’s tucked in the back of the Bozeman Hotel and reservations can be tricky (although you can do it online now so that’s a win!) but one visit here and you’ll be happy you made it happen.

8. The Devil's Toboggan

More of a bar than a restaurant, but The Devil's Toboggan is not to be missed. Located in the Cannery District, in true speakeasy fashion you have to know where you’re going because there is no sign on the door. Once inside, you’ll feel like you’ve taken a step back in time. They have fun cocktails, beautiful drinkware, and a small food menu.

9. The Bacchus Pub

There were A LOT of happy people when the Bacchus reopened this winter. Finally, curry fries were back!  Along with some new tasty items like the boneless wings that come in a variety of tasty flavors. With new owners and a few updates inside, it is more or less the same Bacchus Pub we’ve all missed!

10. Maven's Market

This adorable market is located in the old Country Flower Shop building near downtown Bozeman.  Maven's Market has brought a whole lot of goodness to Bozeman with world-class selections of cheeses, cured meats, oil and vinegar on tap, house-made gelato, and so much more.  Maven's Market checks all the boxes!  Coming this summer is their wine bar and expanded menu.  Just when you think it can't get any better, it does!
