There is nothing better than summer in Bozeman, Montana and one of our favorite things to do in the summer is sit on a patio with friends! Here's a list of the best places with patios in Bozeman.
Bridger views? Check. Huge beer selection? Check. Wine on tap? Check. The Bozeman Taproom pretty much covers all the bases for happy hour after work or for dinner out. The rooftop patio is always the coveted spot, but if it's too crowded there are also tables outside on the street level. If the big doors are open, it does not matter if you are inside or out!
MAP Brewing is no doubt a Bozeman favorite! The patio overlooks the Glen Lake Rotary Park pond with some of the best Bridger views in town. Seriously, it's tough to find a patio with a better view in Bozeman. MAP has great beer, great food, and is one of our favorite breweries in Bozeman. The only problem is it's tough to find a seat!
Pizza, beer, and views are what you'll get from Bridger Brewing's fantastic second-story patio! This is the perfect place to soak up the sun and the south side views for happy hour drinks or dinner.

Ponderosa is located in Aspen Crossing, right next to Bourbon which also has a fantastic patio! We like the variety of patio couches and tables at Ponderosa and the twinkle lights down Aspen Street add to the dining al fresca vibe! They have a variety of food options making it a perfect place for drinks and apps, a full dinner, or brunch!
Plonk is the best place to enjoy a cocktail outside. The front patio is perfect for people watching on Main Street, but the back patio is our favorite, with beautiful green foliage and a private, tucked away feeling. This is our top pick for a girls night, date night, or happy hour!

Just off of Main Street is Cafe Fresco, some of the best Italian food you can find in Bozeman. With Bozeman Creek flowing beside and mature trees for shade, on the Cafe Fresco patio, you hardly notice that you are downtown! With a glass of wine in hand and some delicious pasta, you could almost trick yourself into thinking you're in Italy (almost!)

If you miss The Garage, we’ve got good news for you. The old patio that we all loved is still open as Shine Beer Sanctuary. Not only is the street-level patio open, but they have a second-floor patio overlooking downtown. While you are soaking up the sun on the Shine patio, you can enjoy the extensive beer selection, Soup Shack snacks, and La Parilla burritos! There are several options for patio dining in the Cannery District. Pizza Campania (pictured above) has a great little patio with a firepit and if you haven't had their pizza yet, do yourself a favor and go there! Seven has a lot of outdoor seating complete with twinkle lights and a couple of couches. There is a large patio area near behind Wildrye Distilling and Dean's Zesty Booch to enjoy a drink and some sunshine.
One of Bozeman's best breweries also has a great patio! There's green space right next to it for the kids and dogs to run around and almost always a food truck in the parking lot to get some food to go with your beer.
