The Lakes at Valley West Subdivision was designed to create a sense of community. It centers around two lakes totaling 12 acres and offers big mountain views.
The Lakes is located at the corner of Durston and Cottonwood, this will be the last phase of the popular Valley West subdivision. It is near Adam Bronken Soccer Complex, Meadowlark Elementary, and Gallatin High School.
The concept for the Lakes is the use of woonerfs which is a strange word you probably haven’t heard around Bozeman, Montana. (If by chance you are from the Netherlands you would know all about it!) Woonerf is a living street that minimizes the area consumed by streets in a neighborhood and encourages interaction among residents.
