A new steakhouse is opening in downtown Bozeman, and we have a feeling it's going to be good!
J.W Heist Steakhouse will be opening next door to Plonk, in the space that used to be The Crossroads kitchen supply store. This was a cool space when The Crossroads was occupying it, so we will be very excited to see what it looks like when J.W Heist opens its doors.
The new steakhouse will be run by the owners of Plonk, Stacey's Bar & Steakhouse, and the Old Saloon, and we have to say they do a great job!
According to the website, they will be serving prime beef and fresh seafood along with classic cocktails and an award-winning wine list. Rumor has it they will be opening in November, so stay tuned.
