The Midtown Aspen Building is a proposed affordable housing development in Bozeman, Montana. The location is south of the old Midtown Tavern building on N. 7th Avenue. The proposal states that it will be 4 stories with 46 units. They will be a mix of sizes featuring one, two, and bedroom units. All units will be for people making 50 - 60% of the area median income.
There are two other proposed affordable housing developments in Midtown. One is directly behind the U-Haul building, 8 Aspen which is proposing 289 units with 40% for those making 60% less than the median income. The other is the North 3rd Apartments which is located near Aspen Crossing. This project is proposed to have 216 units in 7 buildings.
