There is a new development happening in Northwest Bozeman on Ferguson Ave that will be hard to miss. The Six Range Condominium development will be built on 8.6 +/- acres at the corner of South Ferguson and West Babcock, just North of the Ridge Athletic Club and the Bozeman Real Estate Group office (wave hi to us when you drive by!)

News of this development broke a while ago, but we have to say we had not wrapped our minds around the size of this project.

The Six Range Condominium development will have 192 residences in total with 3, four-story buildings, 12 two-story townhomes, and a commercial building. According to the developers, the development will include rooftop decks, 3 acres of green space, playgrounds, and other amenities for residents to enjoy.

Right now, there are a number of units available on pre-sale:

• 1BD Units – Starting at $387,600

• 2BD Units – Starting at $561,000

• 3BD Units – Starting at $661,500
