New Affordable Housing Development - Nth 3rd Apartments in Bozeman, Montana

An application has been submitted to the city for a new development in Midtown in Bozeman Montana. The Nth 3rd Apartments will be located near Aspen Crossing next to Westlake Park, north of the Peach Street Condos. The area is zoned R-5 Residential Mixed-Use High Density.
The project is proposed to have 216 housing units in 7 buildings. They will be a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units. All of the units will be at 60% AMI affordable levels. They also plan to include a clubhouse, picnic areas, playground, and dog park.
Westlake Park, which borders the property, is also in the planning stages for improvement. Some parts of the park are impacted by the Aspen Street and 5th Avenue projects coming up so this will take place after. The mountain bike course is going to be rebuilt with trail and access improvements.
The developers hope to start construction in Spring 2023. We'll update this post as more information becomes available.
