West Meadow Subdivision Bozeman

West Meadow Subdivision neighborhood features many contemporary, custom homes.  The subdivision has only single-family homes and is in close proximity to both Morning Star Elementary and Sacajawea Middle School.  It is also near  S. 19th and S. 3rd making it easy to get to MSU, Hyalite Canyon, and downtown Bozeman, Montana.  

West Meadows has an active HOA, architectural guidelines, and homeowner dues.   The lots are large and the subdivision features open park space, trails, and unobstructed mountain views.
