La Tinga
When La Tinga was located in downtown Bozeman it was a lunchtime staple. Once they moved out to the northwest side of town they became more of a hidden gem for locals and less of spot for tourists. The authentic Mexican food is delicious and if you go there on a tamale day, you are in for a treat!

The Coffee Pot Bakery Cafe
If you go for breakfast or lunch make sure you save room for dessert because the baked goods and pies here are amazing! Located just past Four Corners, it is worth the drive to this adorable café.

Live from the Divide
When life returns to normal and we can all go listen to live music again, this is the place to do it! Live from the Divide is a small music venue (no more than 50 people) that brings in great musicians and bands for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Procrastinator Theater
This is another that will have to wait until post-coronavirus but needs to be on the list! Located in the Sub and run by MSU students, the Procrastinator is a fun place to go to the movies. They bring a variety of movies for all ages and it’s only $2, you can’t beat that.

Bunkhouse Brewery
The brewery scene in Bozeman is solid and while we love them all, trying to get a seat outside of Map can be brutal. Bunkhouse has a low-key vibe, great beer and you can actually find a seat on the patio.

El Mercadito
This Latin market is located in Four Corners and is as authentic as it gets. The market has fresh produce, meats, and everything else you need to make your favorite Hispanic dishes. There's also every kind of hot sauce you can imagine! If cooking isn’t for you there are tons of pre-prepared dishes (and delicious baked goods) to choose from. This small market is a must-see if you haven’t been there!

Bozeman's Used Book Emporium
This is one of Montana’s largest independent used bookstores with 2-stories of books! They also take books on trade and offer book credit for future purchases. They are located on Huffine between Bozeman and Four Corners. Make sure to give yourself enough time when you visit, there are a lot of books to browse through!

South 9th Bistro
Tucked on a quiet residential street is this gem of a restaurant. If you didn’t know it was there you might just think it was a house. The food is made in-house, from scratch with a focus on local ingredients and everything on the menu is delicious. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

The Garden Barn
This garden center is worth the drive to Gallatin Gateway! They have houseplants, outdoor plants, beautiful pottery, gift items and more. Even if you aren’t in the market for any of that it’s a fun place to just go wander around. With cats roaming inside the store and chickens in the outdoor area it’s a unique experience. They recently opened a second location in The Market at Ferguson Farms.
