Bozeman’s Condo and Townhome Developments

Bozeman’s Condo and Townhome Developments

There has been an increase in Bozeman's condo and townhome developments recently.  With the average sale price of a single-family home at around $550,000 a condo or townhome is a more affordable option for people looking to buy a home in the Bozeman area.  There are many benefits besides an affordable price to living in a condo or townhome development.  Some offer snow removal, lawn care and other maintenance type options.  Here are some recent developments in the Bozeman area.

South Rows

The South Rows condos are the latest condo development on Bozeman's south side of town.  They feature well-though out floor plans that flow beautifully and are highly functional.  Oversized windows for natural light and mountain views.  There are 2,3 and 4-bedroom options.  The units themselves are gorgeous, but what really sets them apart are the unique features they offer.  The exterior of each building has a custom art piece created by local artists.  They have a 5kw solar package, spray foam insulation, all LED lighting, energy star appliances and high-efficiency windows.  There's also quartz counter tops, matte black fixtures, solid core doors and contemporary cabinets.  Click here for a virtual tour of South Rows.

The Lofts at Four Points

Located right next to Chief Joseph Middle School, the Lofts at Four Points have perfect Bridger Mountain views!  There are two and three bedroom units and each has a private 2nd story balcony.  There are 27 condos each with a clean modern style.

Park Side Condos

These adorable condos are in the best Bozeman location!  Right across from the 100-Acre Regional Park on the corner of Oak and Davis.  They feature both single and two-level floorplans with garages.  Inside the homes, you'll find nice finishes such as granite, tile and laminate hardwood floors.  The condos have patios and a backyard that can be fenced in.  There are two, three and four bedroom units.

Valley Meadows Townhome Community

This is one of the newest townhome developments in Bozeman.  It is located right off of Durston in Bozeman's northwest side of town.  These homes feature modern finishes such as radiant floors, solid surface counter tops and tile floors.  This development is near several elementary schools and there is a neighborhood park.

Nebo Lofts

Just off of Main Street, the Nebo Lofts are part of the recent downtown developments.  They are located on East Mendenhall and there are 12, four-level townhomes with 3 and 4 bedroom units.  Each has an outdoor rooftop space and a two car garage.  Clean lines, modern finishes, warm wood floors and the fun of a downtown location.

The Lykke Condos

Introducing CP Haus's newest housing creation in southwest Bozeman.  These condos feature large floorplans, main floor masters, solar, high-quality craftsmanship and huge windows.  The condos live like a single-family home with vaulted ceilings on the second level, abundant outdoor space, over-sized garages and no shared living space walls.  They sit on a quiet and private site featuring mature trees, large yard areas, a community garden and a fruit orchard adjacent to park space and live water amenities.  Live in the Lykke Condos full time or lock and leave!  The Lykke Condos will be coming on the market soon.  Call 406.587.1717 for more details.

CentrePark Flats

CentrePark Flats will be three 18-plex buildings, approximately 20,232 square feet, that will be individually condominiumized.  They are centrally located just off of N. 19th between Oak Street and Baxter Lane.  The site borders open space on three sides, one being Rose Park, which is rare for multi-family development in Bozeman.  Each duplex includes three levels with 6 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units on each level. Each unit will be single level with a finished area of 1,124 square feet with 9-ft ceilings on the first and second floor, and vaulted ceilings on the 3rd level.  First-floor units will have exterior covered patio areas, second and third-floor units will have covered exterior decks.  Finishes will include solid surface countertops, tiled backsplash and a full appliance package.

Talbach House

Located near South Rows on the south side of Bozeman, the Talbach House offers maintenance free living so you can enjoy all the things we love Bozeman for.  Mountain views, a secure building with two exercise rooms, outdoor storage area and covered parking.  The units are beautifully designed with 1 and 2 bedroom options.

Bozeman East Mixed-Use

Currently under review by the city of Bozeman is a proposal for a 305-unit complex off of N. 19th, behind Bridger Peaks Town Center.  The proposal is for a three-story building that will include 305 apartments, mostly studio and one-bedroom to keep the units more affordable per square foot.  The plans show 2-acres of open space and over 500 parking spaces.  The proposal also includes over 18,000 square feet of commercial space with the hopes of food or coffee type shops and boutique-style stores.  The central location of this project encourages walkability throughout town.  If they remain on schedule the plan would be to have units up for rent in 2021 and 2022.
