New Car Wash Planned for West Main Street

The property had been listed for $2.4 million in September 2022 and officially sold in January 2024.

What’s Next for the Project?

City review documents show that the Velocity Car Wash proposal is in the final stage of approval, with plans expected to move forward soon pending final permits. Once approved, construction will likely begin later this year.

The project adds to the wave of commercial redevelopment along West Main Street, alongside the ongoing growth at Gallatin Crossing.
