With the endless outdoor recreation opportunities, friendly community, thriving cultural scene, and a growing international airport, it’s only natural that Bozeman has become one of the best places in the nation to retire. The question is, once you get here where do you live?
First, you have to decide what type of home you want. Are you looking for a condominium where you don’t have to worry about lawn care and snow removal so you can live like a snowbird and fly south for the winters? Or do you imagine a single-family home where you can have some space, and perhaps some mountain views?
Next, you have to decide on the location. Anywhere in Bozeman is a good place to live in our opinion; however, there are some places that are a better fit for retirees. Once you have decided what type of home you are looking for you can begin the process of narrowing down the location. Keep in mind Bozeman is a college town, so there are many areas with rentals that may not offer the peace and quiet you are seeking.
Fortunately, there are plenty of other neighborhoods designed for retirees and even more, being developed as Bozeman grows.
These luxury homes sit in the historic downtown district with the convenience of an urban living community.
