We get to see a lot of beautiful homes on a daily basis. This makes it hard to pick our favorites, but we somehow managed!
Here are the top ten Bozeman homes our office listed in 2017.

185 CLIFDEN DRIVE

The inside of this home looks like a page in an interior design magazine. With large windows, the home is flooded with natural light, mountain views and an overlook of the neighborhood pond. Situated on a large lot in the desirable Valley West with immaculate landscaping, a fenced backyard and a one bedroom apartment over the heated garage. It's no wonder this home only lasted two days on the market!

2124 JACOBS STREET

Exquisite and contemporary, this home has a dream kitchen with a walk-in pantry, large island, soaring ceilings, quartz countertops, full tile backsplash, concrete floors and high-efficiency radiant floor heating. And, that's just the beginning! Featuring wood trim and wood wrapped windows with lots of natural light coming in. The beautiful master suite has a custom tile shower, oversized soaking tub and TWO large walk-in closets. A fantastic south Bozeman location tops it all off. 

4461 WATERS STREET

This custom Valley West home has so much to love! The built-in breakfast nook is one of our favorite features but there is a lot more. From solid hickory floors to a double oven and wine fridge plus an extensive network and video cabling, nothing was missed. There is a separate one bedroom apartment over the garage. This one didn't last long either, only 19 days on the market!

84 TALISKER WAY

This was one of our ultimate favorite listings we had in Bozeman this year! In a business when some homes start to all look the same, this one stood out from the rest. Lots of high-quality contemporary finishes, great living spaces inside and out, full gym, theater, game room downstairs and a beautiful lot with Bridger views right off the patio.

512 CHRISTOPHER WAY

This one was listed right at the end of the year so just barely made the list! Located right in the heart of Bozeman on a quiet street this fantastic home will not last long. It's open and bright as you walk into the livingroom and it flows right into the kitchen. All the bedrooms are downstairs with the large master suite (featuring a fantastic shower) conveniently located opposite the other two. Upstairs is a large bonus room and the backyard is quite spacious. 

854 ARROW TRAIL

The kitchen and master bath in this modern craftsman home are what we really love! The kitchen features granite countertops with white cabinets and opens right up to the bright living room. Ideal for entertaining when everyone ends up around the kitchen counter. As for the master bath, it is simply gorgeous. The tub and shower make you feel like you're at a spa and it opens to a large walk-in closet. The home backs to open space and sits in Middle Creek Parklands, one of Bozeman's nicest subdivisions. 

1691 MAIDEN SPIRIT

With this home, the Bridgers are right in your backyard! High-end finishes are found throughout the beautiful home including Bosch appliances, solid wood flooring, Andersen wood windows and a gorgeous rock fireplace. The outside space has a covered back patio with a gas line for BBQ and a recessed spot in the concrete for a firepit. Many summer nights could be spent around here enjoying a fire and the mountain views.

345 PARKLANDS TRAIL

Classic, clean, warm, beautiful. Sitting on over a 1/4-acre with lots of trees and Bridger Mountain views. The floor plan offers plenty of open space and nice sized bedrooms. Featuring granite countertops, hardwood flooring and wood accents throughout.

522 FOWLER

This thoughtfully laid out home has attractive finishes at every turn! It's open right as you walk in with a nice fireplace in the living room, bright kitchen, main floor master and good sized bedrooms upstairs. The yard is nicely landscaped and the location is central to everything in Bozeman. 

14080 LONE BEAR ROAD

This is quite the Montana dream home! Tucked into the mountains, surrounded by mature trees and sititng on 33-acres right next to state land full of trails for recreating. There's a peaceful seasonal creek and three ponds on the property. The beautiful log home has three bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen with an Aga. This is what people move to Montana for.
