Plans have been approved by the city for a new housing development located behind Hobby Lobby. The Lofts on Beall will be built on a .72-acre lot located at 1608 Beall, directly north of the shopping center that houses Hobby Lobby and Harbor Freight.
The buildings will be “rowhouse style” townhomes that will consist of six, two-bedroom units and five, three-bedroom units. Each residence will have a 1-car or 2-car garage with additional driveway and on-site parking as well as the option for rooftop solar. According to the development application, the units will have upper-level living spaces and balconies facing north to take advantage of the Bridger Mountain Views.
According to the architect, each unit will be equipped with rooftop solar that will be able to offset nearly all of the total energy consumption.
The documents also state that the units will be available for sale. We will update this post as we receive more information about pricing and availability.
