New Live-Work Units Near MAP Brewing

There’s been a lot of development over by MAP Brewing in recent years. While the area is mostly commercial at this point, the Bridger Vale Townhomes are currently under construction and now plans for 14 live-work units have been approved by the city.
The Bridger Skyline live-work units will be located just south of Glen Lake and MAP brewing on Iron Horse Road. According to plans submitted to the city, there will be 11 one-bedroom units and 3 two-bedroom along with 2 office condos in a total of 4 buildings.
The Bridger Skyline project has been approved by the city and is now listed for sale. The listing includes the 1.056+/- acre parcel of land as well as the renderings, construction plans, and city approvals.
