A new off-campus housing development for Montana State University students is underway. The Boötes Apartments will be located south of Bobcat Stadium at the corner of 11th Avenue and Opportunity Way.
According to the project plans, there will be 15 buildings with 71 dwellings plus a clubhouse. The housing options will include 4BD/4BA townhomes as well as 3BD/3BA and 2BD/2BA apartments.
The project’s Instagram page announced the opening of this luxury student housing community last month and according to the project website, the Boötes are now leasing. They are expected to be available in 2025.
The website lists amenities that include a year-round spa, clubhouse, pet wash, fitness center, game lounge, pizza ovens, and a dog park. Inside the units, residents will have access to smart home technology, preconfigured 1GB internet, in-unit washers and dryers as well as the option for partial furnishings.
While this type of student housing is not new for the area – the Arrow Townhomes & Flats and Stadium View Apartments are just across the street – the concept of luxury student housing is. We will continue to update this post as we learn more about this project.
