A property came on the market yesterday at 8191 Huffine Lane, the location of the Korner Club in Four Corners. The to-be-built building is referred to as the “Korner Klub Mixed Use Building” and is listed for lease. The plans show a 3-story building that will total 31,200 sq. ft of space. The first floor will be restaurant space, the second level will be 2-4 office units and the 3rd
floor will have 8 apartments.
According to the property description, the 1st level of the building will include nearly 6,500 sq. ft of space with 1,550 sq. ft of kitchen space, 4,500 sq. ft of a restaurant and bar space, and over 1,200 sq.ft of patio space. This lease will come with the opportunity for a concession agreement for a full liquor and gaming license. There is no mention in the public description of the existing Korner Klub business.
But, marketing documents for the new building state that the new mixed-use Korner Klub building will still include the existing Korner Klub, which will be located at the back of the building “leaving room at the front for another establishment to enjoy this prime real estate location and start their legacy of becoming a staple in the growing valley.”
This project is proposed, and there is no set date for development at this point.
