7 New Restaurants and Coffee Shops in Bozeman

A lot is happening in Bozeman these days! New stores are popping up on Main Street, like the adorable boutique Alden + Rose. Meanwhile, a brick-and-mortar Meateater store is set to open next to the Back Country Burger Bar. But what's been catching our attention lately are the new restaurants and coffee shops! Whether you're in the mood for a cup of joe, fresh bagels delivered to your door, or some bison tartare, you'll find it all here.
BITTERROOT BISTRO
This new downtown restaurant is opening in winter 2024 and will be located on S Willson where Last Call Modern Mexican previously was. (And before that who remembers Over the Tapas? We still miss that place!) Some of their menu items include Bison tartare, Montana rib-eye, and croquettes. Find out more here.
BRIDGER BAGELS
For decades, Bagel Works has been the only shop in town. There have been others that have come and gone, but they remain one of the longest-standing Bozeman businesses. Now there’s a new bagel spot in town and with how Bozeman is growing we are happy for more! Bridger Bagels is a women-owned business that offers weekly delivery of New York-style bagels. You order online and fresh bagels are delivered on Saturday morning. As much as we love Bagel Works this sounds like a nice alternative on those lazy weekends!

LA CAMIONNETTE COFFEE
The name means little truck in French which makes since the owner is French born! With a passion for coffee and food she opened this little coffee spot that could not be any more adorable. Located inside the Market at Ferguson Farms, La Camionnette serves coffee and tea.
MERRY PIGLETS
Also in the Market, opening in spring 2024 is Merry Piglets. This mountain Tex-Mex restaurant will be where Nordic Brew Works previously was. It is under the same restaurant group that owns Tanglewood and Liberty Burger. Since 1969, Merry Piglets has been open in Jackson Hole, and now a new location is opening in Bozeman. Featuring house-fried tortilla chips and fresh-squeezed margaritas, we can't wait to give it a try!
BOZEMAN MARKET AND DELI
This neighborhood corner store is located near MSU across from the stadium. The owners were inspired by their travels back east to bring big sandwiches like the Muffuletta, Italian beef, Reuben, and more. They offer to-go food in a fast-casual vibe. They have coffee, breakfast burritos, and salads in their deli, plus beer and wine.
ROLY POLY COFFEE SHOP
There are two things Bozeman loves the most - breweries and coffee shops! This coffee shop quietly opened on the corner of Main Street and Rouse. The coffee shop is not new, in fact, it has been around for a while previously known as Partner Coffee. You may have had a cup out of the Ford Bronco on the northeast part of Bozeman and now you can get your fix right downtown! This is a great, cozy space with big windows for sunlight and people-watching!
MR. BURRITOS EXPRESS
Anyone who knows Mr. Burritos has to be stoked about their new Bozeman location! Now you don’t have to drive to Four Corners for your burrito fix. The new location is in the Smith’s shopping complex near Famous Footwear. If you haven't experienced Mr. Burritos, do yourself a favor and go there ASAP!

There is exciting news at our favorite French Bakery, Vienne Cafe! They are in the process of getting their beer and wine license and will soon be offering extended hours to provide a place to go for snacks and some vino. The cheese case is already in. These items will also be available for grab-and-go. We know from experience that anything Vienne does will be amazing!
