"My husband and I had the great pleasure of working with Beau Houston on our recent relocation from Illinois to the Bozeman area. Coming from across the country we only had a limited time to house hunt. Beau was instrumental in helping us pinpoint locations not only in our price range, but also areas close to amenities since we knew nothing of the area. This helped narrow the search before we arrived for our 4 day house hunting trip.

Beau took us on what felt like a guided tour of the Gallatin valley for those four days and by the end we walked away with submitting an offer on our new home. But Beau wasn't done helping us at all. He was attended IN PERSON our inspection, picking out blind colors for the builder to install (thank you FaceTime) and even stopped by the house when we noticed something of concern from a photo we had taken during our initial walk through just to ease our minds.

Beau was available at all hours, especially trying to coordinate with a time difference, all the way down to a few days before closing with some difficulties with our lender needing a lot of additional information. He provided that for them at a drop of a hat ensuring that our closing remained on schedule. If we could give Beau 15/5 stars we would. Such a pleasure! Thanks Beau!"
