Beau Houston began his career in real estate because he enjoys working face-to-face with people in our community. He has a fascination with architecture and interior design and says that there are few things as gratifying as helping his client's home buying dreams come true.
Beau was raised here in the Gallatin Valley, and while he traveled extensively, he was never able to find a place that compared to Bozeman’s beauty, comfort and recreational opportunities. Beau actively volunteers in the community with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and he organizes and operates charity poker tournaments for the Warriors and Quiet Waters Foundation, the American Legion, HRDC, and more.
In his free time, Beau loves spending time with his daughter Ryan, as well as playing tennis, backpacking, skiing, and ice-fishing.

"I worked with Beau Houston on a home search in Bozeman MT this year. The Bozeman real estate market was crazy and homes were extremely hard to find and even harder to get an offer accepted. Beau helped my wife and I navigate this market and found us a new townhome in an up and coming location just south of downtown. In spite of the crazy market we got exactly what we wanted at a good price. Moving from out of town and buying new construction complicated the purchase. Beau was very responsive and did a great job right down to the day of the closing. I would highly recommend working with Beau. "My husband and I had the great pleasure of working with Beau Houston on our recent relocation from Illinois to the Bozeman area. Coming from across the country we only had a limited time to house hunt. Beau was instrumental in helping us pinpoint locations not only in our price range, but also areas close to amenities since we knew nothing of the area. This helped narrow the search before we arrived for our 4 day house hunting trip. Beau took us on what felt like a guided tour of the Gallatin valley for those four days and by the end we walked away with submitting an offer on our new home. But Beau wasn't done helping us at all. He was attended IN PERSON our inspection, picking out blind colors for the builder to install (thank you FaceTime) and even stopped by the house when we noticed something of concern from a photo we had taken during our initial walk through just to ease our minds. Beau was available at all hours, especially trying to coordinate with a time difference, all the way down to a few days before closing with some difficulties with our lender needing a lot of additional information.
