Ponderosa Pines Subdivision is located outside of Three Forks, Montana, 50 minutes from Bozeman with easy access to I90. It offers a country feel, and privacy while still being close to the neighboring small towns of Three Forks and Manhattan.
The history of Ponderosa Pines is an interesting one! It was originally a 13,000 acre ranch and in the early 70's was subdivided into 10 to 20-acre parcels and sold by a Hawaiian real estate agency. Today it is a mix of lots, cabins, and homes.
There is no HOA and there are no covenants.
