Bridger View Subdivision was a thoughtfully planned "pocket neighborhood" located on Bozeman's Northeast side, adjacent to Story Mill Park. This neighborhood offers residents greenspaces, a shared common house, and walking trails that lead to the nearby park. The homes are newly constructed and built to meet LEED Gold Standards.
The Bridger View Subdivision was developed with the goal of addressing Bozeman's affording housing needs. To achieve this, 50% of the homes were sold at below-market rates. The other homes were available at current market value, creating a balance of affordability and investment opportunity.
This subdivision is well-maintained and managed through an active HOA.
