Featured Bozeman Neighborhood-Legends at Bridger Creek

On Aug 07, 2017

The Legends at Bridger Creek is a premier subdivision on the outskirts of Bozeman’s northeast side. It is perfectly situated to enjoy all Montana has to offer. Drive out of the neighborhood in one direction and you are heading up Bridger Canyon towards hiking trails, fishing, hunting, biking, camping, and of course Bridger Bowl. Turn the other way and you are only minutes from downtown Bozeman. The subdivision has miles of trails in the 30-acres of open space and amazing Bridger views. One of the most desirable things about this neighborhood is the home sites and home designs encourage community. Several of the lots border Bridger Creek which adds to the country-like setting. The homes in Legends are beautiful and range from ultra-modern to high-end rustic. Two homes we have for sale in Legends fit these descriptions perfectly.

First high-end rustic…

By high-end we mean Bosch appliances, solid wood flooring, Andersen wood windows, two hot water heaters and more. By rustic we mean gorgeous stone accents on the exterior with wood garage doors and that kitchen backsplash…love it.

The master suite is privately tucked on one side of the house while the other bedrooms are on the other end of the home. The home office has a large wall of windows and a beautiful library. The gorgeous rock fireplace in the living room is the perfect place for cozy winter days.

The landscaping is nicely maintained with a mix of flowers, shrubs and trees including grapes and apple trees! The covered back patio has a gas line for summer BBQ’s and a recessed spot in the concrete for the firepit. We imagine many summer evenings with friends hanging out around here.

Now onto the modern home…

There are so many fun features in this home it’s hard to know where to start. How about the kitchen? The light fixtures and teal barn door add such a unique touch to this bright, open space. Moving into the living room is the glass garage door that lets the light flood in when closed and brings the outdoors in when open. With the firepit right outside you have a great spot for entertaining, and the Bridger views from there aren’t bad at all!

The home has an open floor plan, radiant floor heat, granite counters and so many nice windows. The master suite features built-ins in the walk in closet and a beautiful tiled dual shower.

There is a huge, heated garage for all your toys and the views are breathtaking from all parts of this home.
