Bridger Pines is the only subdivision of private homes within walking distance of the Bridger Bowl base area, so it’s about as close as you can get to living at the lifts.
The neighborhood is wooded with gravel roads and has a mix of single-family homes and newer condos, many built in the last few years. Some lots sit right along the slopes with ski-in, ski-out access, and Crosscut Mountain Sports Center and National Forest trails are right next door.
Bridger Pines also falls within the Bridger Bowl Base Area (B-4) zoning district, which allows short-term and nightly rentals. Most of Bridger Canyon doesn’t allow that, so it’s a big part of why owners can use these homes as both a personal ski getaway and a rental. Because Bridger Pines is small and there’s no other neighborhood like it at the base, homes and lots here don’t come up often.
