Brentwood

Brentwood Subdivision is an established neighborhood located on the Northwest side of Bozeman, Montana. It is one of the few subdivisions in Bozeman composed entirely of single-family homes. 

Brentwood is right off Oak Street, giving residents convenient, walkable access to the various restaurants and shops off of North 19th Avenue. Emily Dickenson Elementary School sits adjacent to the neighborhood, with several other schools located nearby. 

The subdivision is well-maintained by an active HOA and all properties are subject to covenants.
