Alder Creek Subdivision

Alder Creek Subdivision is a beautiful neighborhood located on the south side of Bozeman near South 11^th and South 3^rd Avenue. It’s an ideal location for families with two schools nearby – Morning Star Elementary and Sacajawea Middle School. Montana State University and the Bobcat Stadium and are also in close proximity.

There is easy access to get to downtown Bozeman to visit your favorite local restaurant or shop, along with businesses even closer to Alder Creek at Kagy and 3^rd or near campus. Hyalite Canyon is a 10-minute drive away making it easy to get to the mountains for hiking, camping and playing at the reservoir. Other southside trails such as Kirk Hill, Sourdough Canyon, and Triple Tree are a short drive away.

Alder Creek is made up of mostly single-family homes along with some townhomes. There are walking trails throughout the neighborhood and a fantastic large, central park. Alder Creek flows through the heart of the neighborhood near the park. There are mature trees, open space for relaxing or playing and mountain views.

There are quarterly dues and covenants enforced through an active HOA. This helps keep up this well-maintained subdivision.

The south side of Bozeman is a desirable area to live in and Alder Creek is one of the more established neighborhoods in this part of town.
