Middle Creek Parklands Subdivision Bozeman

Middle Creek Subdivision is a subdivision near the Black Bull golf community in Bozeman, Montana with single-family homes and plenty of open space.  30% of the subdivisions 180-acres are dedicated to parkland.  The subdivisions design allows for classic neighborhoods without sacrificing open space and privacy.  There is a network of maintained trails and parks throughout.  

Middle Creek offers a rural Montana feel but has easy access to Baxter and Huffine Lane to quickly travel to Bozeman, Four Corners or Belgrade.  

Middle Creek has an active HOA, association fees and covenants.  There are also design guidelines.
