Middle Creek Parklands Subdivision

Middle Creek Subdivision is a subdivision near the Black Bull golf community in Bozeman, Montana with single-family homes and nearly 70 acres of open park space.  There is a network of over four miles of maintained trails, parks, and a pond. The subdivision's design allows for classic neighborhoods without sacrificing open space and privacy.  It was designed with a focus on solar utilization and conservation of energy and water.   

Middle Creek offers a rural Montana feel but has easy access to Baxter and Huffine Lane to travel to Bozeman, Four Corners, or Belgrade.  Its location is also ideal for getting to Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park. Monforton School is located within walking distance of Middle Creek Parklands. 

Middle Creek has an active HOA, association fees, and covenants.  There are design guidelines for the neighborhood homes. The HOA focuses on maintaining the common areas of the community including parks and playgrounds.
