The Bridger View Subdivision is a new "pocket neighborhood" on Bozeman's northeast side that borders Story Mill Park. The neighborhood offers greenspaces, a common house, and walking paths that lead to the adjacent park. The homes at Bridger View are newly built and meet LEED Gold standards. They are designed to keep energy bills low and maintenance to a minimum.
The Bridger View neighborhood was developed with the goal of addressing Bozeman's affordable housing issue. With this goal in mind, half of the homes in this neighborhood were sold below-market rates. Half of the homes were available for sale at current market values.
There is an active HOA for the Bridger View subdivision.
