According to new data from the U.S. Census Bureau, the population of Bozeman, Montana is estimated to be 56,123 as of July 2022, which means that the population of Bozeman has increased by more than 50% since 2010.
Bozeman is considered one of the country’s fastest-growing micropolitan areas. POLICOM Corporation has ranked Bozeman as the #1 strongest micropolitan economy in the United States for the last 5 years. The economic strength ranking means that Bozeman has seen “rapid, consistent growth in both size and quality for an extended period of time”.
But the population growth in our area is not limited to the city limits of Bozeman. The population of Gallatin County is now 124,857 people, making it one of the fastest-growing counties in the state of Montana. According to the United States Census Bureau, the population of Gallatin County has increased 39% since 2010.
