New Resort Planned for Paradise Valley - Bozeman Real Estate Group
BOZEMAN REAL ESTATE BLOG

A new resort may be coming to the Paradise Valley.

The proposed location is 5 miles south of Livingston and east of East River Road, near Suce Creek. It is not located in a zoning district, therefore it won’t have to go through the Park County Planning Department. However, it will require approval from the Montana Department of Environmental Quality.

The 90-acre project, which is being developed by Flex Capital Group in Miami, is proposed to include a restaurant, spa, and 100 cabins. Based on current information, it will be a large 200-seat restaurant, event space, large spa area, and 400 parking spaces. The cabins will have 70 one-bedroom cabins and 30 two-bedroom cabins.

Sage Lodge opened in 2018 in Paradise Valley and quickly became an Instagram-worthy vacation destination. It was only a matter of time before similar resorts started to pop up in this popular area. Stay tuned for updates on this development.
