A preliminary plat for the Meadow Bridge Subdivision was previously under review by the City of Bozeman and has since moved forward as a residential development. Located on Bozeman’s south side, the subdivision spans approximately 25 acres and sits between the established Southbridge and Meadow Creek subdivisions.
The approved plan completes road connections in this area, including Kirk Drive, Last Loop Drive, and Blackwood Road, improving neighborhood connectivity.

According to current project information, Meadow Bridge includes 45 fully entitled residential lots, with lot sizes ranging from approximately 4,000 to 14,000 square feet.
The site plan shows:
Residential lots primarily along the west side of the property
A park space at the northeast corner
Open space running through the central portion of the subdivision
A smaller number of lots in the southeast corner
While the subdivision footprint is relatively compact, its adjacency to designated open space contributes to a more open feel than lot size alone might suggest.
The property is zoned R-3, which allows for a variety of residential housing types. While the development is expected to consist primarily of single-family homes, the zoning does allow for multiple dwellings on individual lots, subject to applicable city standards and approvals.
Lot sizes and zoning flexibility provide a range of design possibilities, depending on individual site conditions and City of Bozeman requirements.
Lots are now for sale in the Meadow Bridge subdivision. Here's what's on the market:
