Baxter Meadows West is a fantastic Bozeman neighborhood on the northwest side of town. It sits next to Bozeman subdivision Baxter Meadows and is easily accessed off of Baxter Lane and Harper Pucket. The location of Baxter Meadows West can't be beaten. Located close enough to town for easy access to stores and restaurants, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of busy streets giving the feeling of rural tranquility. Chief Joseph Middle School adjoins the neighborhood and several elementary schools are in close proximity. Across the street is the site of the new Bozeman high school, making it an ideal neighborhood for kids walking and biking to school
The Bridger mountain views from this Bozeman subdivision are stunning. Several of the homes are up on a sloped hillside offering big mountain views all around, and some nice views of Bozeman as well. Generally these types of views you would only expect from an out-of-town subdivision, so it's pretty great to get them while having all the conveniences of living in town. There is a 10-acre community park in the neighborhood which is linked to a trail that leads right to the 100-acre Regional Park. On most nice days you'll find soccer or football practice happening in the 10-acre park or people from the neighborhood relaxing. There's also a nice playground for the younger kiddos and a stream. Recently Baxter Meadows West had over 200 mature trees planted throughout the neighborhood. And, don't forget Bozeman's newest dog park, just across the way off of Ferguson. Your four-legged friends will be happy!
