Everything You Need to Know About the 2024 Bozeman Parade of Homes

The Bozeman Parade of Homes is coming back this year after a hiatus in 2023. After discovering that the event was not scheduled to take place in 2024, our office decided to bring the event back to life with support from the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association (SWMBIA).
While we have been working on a tight timeline to get the event up and running, we are excited to be featuring 7 beautiful homes in this year's Parade of Homes.
The homes vary in style and type with a historic property on Willson Avenue, the Wildlands condos above Wild Crumb bakery, the stunning 3-story Bridger Vale condos at Glen Lake Park, two beautiful and uniquely different homes in the Black Bull Golf Community, a gated property on Bozeman's south side, and a gorgeous newly built home in the Gran Cielo subdivision.
The event will be held September 28th & 29th from 12:00 - 4:00 pm
Tickets are on sale now at Bozeman Real Estate Group and will also be available to purchase at the door of any participating Parade home on the day of the event

Any proceeds from the event will go to the BREG Foundation, the charitable arm of our company that is responsible for hosting Miracle at Midtown (a free community Thanksgiving dinner) and Bozeman Duckie Race (a fundraising event for local non-profits).
