An application has been submitted to the city proposing the demolition of a building at the corner of Willson and Babcock to make way for a 4-story mixed-use building.

The application describes the building as a four-story multi-use building with commercial space on the 1st and 2nd floors and a total of 4 residential units on the 3rd & 4th floors.

The existing building at 108 Babcock

The existing building was last occupied by C&H Engineering and Surveying which recently merged with IMEG Corp. The building was built in 1975 and most recently sold in 2022.

The application is in the Initial Review stage with the city. We will update this post as the project progresses.
