"We are first time home buyers and were recommended Steve Spain by friends that both bought and sold homes with Steve. We started working with Steve in Oct 2020 to find a house. We looked at many many homes and put multiple offers well over asking just to just be out bid.Steve pointed us to a new housing development in Three Forks (a place we had not considered looking into before) and got us under contract on a new construction home! We closed on it last week and without him thinking about other areas we could get in on, we would either still be looking or forced out of the valley. Thanks again Steve for making us home owners!!
