"Rachel Rising who was our buyer broker has brought customer service to a new level. She has been so helpful in finding us a home in the Bozeman area. We lived out of state at the time we were looking at properties and that can be very challenging for a realtor because homes don’t stay on the market long in Bozeman!
She was very helpful and accommodating in finding all the information she could on each property we wanted to look at. In addition, once we did find a property she made constant visits to it to let in different service people we wanted to give us estimates on repair.
Rachel is a very honest and sincere person who takes a lot of pride in satisfying her client’s needs. We feel so blessed to have her as our broker.
She listened to our needs and then was very patient and not at all pushy in recommending properties."
