"Working with the Bozeman Real Estate Group and specifically, Kathleen Vaughn, was a great experience! We lived in another state when we purchased a home in Bozeman. We met with Kathleen early in the process and she showed us several neighborhoods. When it came time to purchase, the process moved very quickly during a time when available inventory was low and homes were going for well over asking price. Kathleen crafted our offer in a way that was immediately accepted by the seller. The home needed moderate work (new flooring, new paint, plumbing repairs, etc.). Kathleen was very detailed in her virtual showing and she facilitated a comprehensive inspection. Even though we purchased the home without seeing it in person, there were absolutely no surprises when we moved in. Kathleen’s open, honest, and very responsive communication gave us full confidence in the purchase. I highly recommend Bozeman Real Estate Group and Kathleen Vaughn.
