"Andrew and his team at Bozeman Real Estate Group were instrumental in helping my wife and me find our new home in Bozeman. Buying the house was relatively straightforward: we lucked into finding the listing, and Andrew's clear communication and guidance helped us navigate the rapid process and place a winning bid. That was just the start, however -- we bought a spec home in Phase 1 of a new community development, so not only did we have months until we could move in, but much of the house had not even been completed. Andrew went above and beyond in helping us with as much information as he could provide, so that we could order furniture and household necessities ahead of time (as the world dealt with supply chain issues and other delays). We couldn't be at the house, but Andrew took detailed measurements, coordinated with the builders to get information and answers to our questions, and even taped out on the floor the dimensions and positions of certain items of furniture and sent us pictures so that we could visualize and make purchasing decisions. Andrew's pride in his work and in his company is evident, and the care he took to help us feel as informed as possible throughout the process made it clear that he feels his responsibility doesn't end with an accepted offer."
