Landmark

Landmark Subdivision is three miles southwest of Belgrade, Montana and is made up of 240 single family homes on 1/2-acre lots.  There are three park areas and several paved trails throughout the neighborhood.  They have a homeowners association, covenants and quarterly dues.  Many of the homes in Landmark are custom with a lot of space inside and out.  For more information on Landmark, homeowner information and covenants click here.
