Happy Acres

Located on Bozeman's southwest side is Happy Acres subdivision, a historic neighborhood with large lots and acreage properties. 

Since the community is situated just outside of Bozeman city limits, it has a more rural character with expansive open space, mature landscaping, and less density than subdivisions in town.
