It is situated in a highly convenient area with proximity to Bogert Park, the Bozeman Public Library, and downtown Bozeman's shops, bars, restaurants, and more. 

Homes throughout the community are mostly mid-century split-level and classic bungalow styles, with a majority boasting finished basements and mature landscaping.
