River Rock and Royal Village Subdivision Belgrade

River Rock and Royal Village Subdivision is just outside of Belgrade, Montana's city limits and one of the bigger communities in the area.  The neighborhood consists of over 1,200 residential properties, both single and multi-family, as well as businesses and Ridge View Elementary School.  They have a homeowners association that employs four full-time people as well as seasonal employees in the summer.  There are covenants and dues.  To contact the River Rock Property Association, click here.
